It has since been located in other areas of the United States and around the world. Unakite is a mixture of pink feldspar, green epidote (a calcium aluminum iron silicate mineral), and clear to milky quartz. It is actually an epidote (altered) granite.Unakite is said to be a stone of balance and perception.
